The modern infrastructure with a stylish entrance and bar made a strong impression. Excellent beds contributed to a comfortable stay, while the 24-hour shop offering fresh croissants was a good perk. It was concerning that room cleaning wasn't daily. I found it unusual. I experienced an issue where my original reservation was canceled without notice, prompting a dispute with my card company.

Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge in my a double room were a very thoughtful addition. I found nice Blaze Pizza by accident, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Everything was simply brand-new. I stayed in this upscale hotel for 3 days, had fairly nice experience, loved its awesome location so close to many shops and sights and Michigan Avenue.
